Returns

Before returning any products purchased at VRedtech.com, you must contact our customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is required for all returns. Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Any returns that are not in its original packaging, tampered with, and not in a resalable condition will void the refund.

RAN

To receive a RAN, please call our Customer Service department at 1.877.905.4015. RA numbers expire in 15 days.

Defective Items

Customer Service must be notified of a defective unit. A Return Authorization Number will be needed for any returns. Items received within 15 days may or may not be replaced. It is the manufacturer’s discretion to either replace or repair the item. If the items have markings, engraved, or altered, they will only be repaired under warranty. If an item is returned and found not to be defective and in perfect working condition, the warranty will be VOID.

Damage Claims/Shortages

Please notify customer service at VRedtech.com within 3 days of receipt of goods for any damage or shortages. Notification must be made within 3 days, no exceptions.

Invalid/Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders received with an invalid or incorrect shipping address are subject to a $23.50 fee per carton.

Warranty Terms

The warranty begins from the date the item is shipped from our warehouse. Metal Carts limited Lifetime Warranty. Electrical one year. Most other products are one year from the date of shipment.

Restock Rate, Non Defective Products

There is a 15% restock charge. The product must be received in perfect condition and original packaging. If the product is deemed used or unsalable, the product will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
